In addition to the new team members, service communication enhancements include a more comprehensive online service request form, service and sales chat functions readily available on the company website and the ability for the clients to use their cell phones to provide real time video to assist in resolving technical issues. Internally, Compass now uses intelligent mapping and real time vehicle tracking to expedite service needs.

Service order status emails have been enhanced with a quick and easy survey feature allowing clients to readily provide feedback. The phone system is being upgraded to provide a queue option to facilitate call-in service requests with voice-to-text capabilities that automatically generate service orders from voicemail messages left with the service department.
